Leads WES Canada's regulatory innovation and occupational licensure reform agenda. The role advances Pan-Canadian harmonization, builds coalitions with regulators and government, conducts licensing research, supports labour market integration, influences policy, and represents WES externally. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, partnerships, evaluation plans, knowledge mobilization, and advocacy while building and mentoring a multidisciplinary team focused on systems change and equitable access.

Lead B2B and B2C content marketing strategy and execution across channels to drive revenue and engagement. Manage a Content Marketing Analyst and freelance writers, provide editorial oversight, develop campaigns, optimize via analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and lead generation.
