Manage onsite HR operations for a manufacturing and distribution facility. Provide employee relations support, investigations, performance management, coaching, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, policy compliance, and employee engagement. Partner with plant leadership, HR Centers of Excellence, EHS, and operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, safety, inclusion, accountability, and employee experience.

Supports the Demand Planning team with JDA maintenance, code creation, demand forecasting for product launches and promotions, sales history analysis, alarm correction, Phase In/Phase Out management, and documentation of demand changes. Prepares demand planning reports and analyzes business KPIs, including forecast bias and accuracy. The role is full-time for 9–12 months and requires statistical data analysis and strong attention to detail.

Leads finished goods supply planning, inventory and safety-stock management, production coordination, supply-risk mitigation, S&OP participation, KPI monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. Manages a small planning team and collaborates with demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial stakeholders internationally. Uses SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, and Excel to maintain product availability while balancing service levels, inventory, and cost.

Develop and maintain supply plans, monitor inventory, sales trends, and demand forecasts, and identify potential supply risks. Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to balance product availability, inventory levels, and service requirements. Prepare performance reports, monitor KPIs, support data-driven decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead demand planning within the S&OP cycle, produce monthly and weekly forecasts, integrate commercial and marketing inputs, analyze sales, inventory and forecast deviations, maintain forecasting systems and KPIs, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and drive corrective actions within the frozen period.

Oversee Accounts Payable operations across North America and global markets, including invoice processing, payments, reimbursements, month-end close, supplier escalations, and financial controls. Manage outsourced service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, cash forecasting, working capital support, process improvements, SAP enhancements, audits, dashboards, and executive reporting. Partner with Treasury, Procurement, General Accounting, IT, and external providers to improve service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Leads corporate strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives in partnership with executive leadership. Responsibilities include portfolio strategy, brand valuation, growth opportunities, M&A and partnership evaluations, transformation modeling, strategic planning, cross-functional execution, project governance, financial impact analysis, and performance reporting. The role requires influencing senior stakeholders, managing complex programs, identifying business opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into measurable implementation plans.

Leads revenue growth management for Revlon’s US Mass business, analyzing trade spend, pricing, promotions, and retailer performance. Builds scenario models, monitors promotional effectiveness, governs trade investment, and provides recommendations to Sales and Finance. The role improves commercial analytics tools, supports pricing strategy, and uses AI-enabled tools to increase analytical productivity and decision quality.
