Lead departmental financial and grants management across sponsored and non-sponsored funds. Supervise and train financial staff, oversee pre- and post-award administration (large NIH portfolio), ensure compliance with sponsor and Harvard policies, develop departmental financial policies, prepare budgets, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning.
