Manages a portfolio of 75–100 prospects, cultivates and solicits six- and seven-figure gifts, develops regional fundraising strategies, partners with faculty and senior leaders, supports research centers, coordinates donor travel and events, and stewards relationships. Oversees fundraising plans, metrics, communications, and staff while building support among high-net-worth domestic and international donors.

Manages departmental grants, donor reporting, communications, events, academic programming, and a predoctoral research program. Coordinates applications, awards, recruitment, onboarding, publications, outreach, and stakeholder engagement while monitoring budgets and compliance. Develops administrative processes, analyzes program outcomes, integrates AI workflows, and advises leadership on improving program effectiveness, communications, and community engagement.

Manages the New England Science Symposium and community engagement programs at Harvard Medical School. Responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, curriculum and agenda development, faculty and participant recruitment, event logistics, vendor contracts, communications, abstract review, tracking systems, student supervision, community partnership intake, outreach, research, evaluation, and program improvement.

Serve as technical lead for migrating Cisco Dedicated Instance to Cisco Multi-Tenant voice services. Assess architectures, plan migration, define standards, configure and validate environments, troubleshoot interoperability issues, and develop rollback and operational procedures. Coordinate with vendors, project teams, application teams, and stakeholders. Create documentation, training, and support processes while mentoring engineering staff and ensuring operational readiness, service continuity, and independent post-migration support.

Leads Harvard Medical School’s comprehensive gift planning program, including strategy, budgeting, team management, donor portfolio development, planned and complex gift solicitation, legacy society engagement, marketing, training, gift administration, and compliance. The role personally manages approximately 80 prospects, partners across development units, oversees two direct reports, and represents the School with donors and stakeholders.

Supports and administers multiple Salesforce implementations, including configuration, permissions, security, automation, data integrity, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancements. The role partners with business analysts, project managers, consultants, vendors, and internal customers to implement solutions, provide technical support, train users, evaluate platform updates, and improve services. A Salesforce Administrator Certification is required, with hybrid work performed onsite as needed.

Coordinates executive support coverage, administrative operations, employee onboarding, events, learning programs, and organizational initiatives for HUIT. Maintains documentation, intranet content, standard operating procedures, and program resources while improving workflows and administrative consistency. Provides day-to-day guidance to executive support staff, manages event logistics, and supports leaders and program owners across a matrixed organization.

Leads AI-driven quality engineering for the my.harvard portal. Designs agent-based systems that analyze requirements, code, documentation, and defects to generate, validate, and maintain automated functional, API, integration, regression, accessibility, and performance tests. Builds RAG pipelines, human-in-the-loop review workflows, and code-aware testing agents while integrating Playwright, Selenium, pytest, Git, and CI/CD. Collaborates with analysts, developers, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to improve testing standards and automation reliability.
