Provide executive support to HGHI faculty leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings and high-level stakeholder coordination. Oversee administrative operations, event logistics, filing and systems, track grant/publication deadlines, draft correspondence and briefing materials, and serve as primary administrative contact for visitors and callers.

Lead and manage the Learning Experience and Design (LXD) team to design, develop, and improve online, hybrid, and on-demand professional education programs. Oversee instructional design standards, integrate educational technologies and generative AI, manage projects, budgets, vendors, and media production, ensure accessibility and program quality, support accreditation (IACET), and collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to measure and improve learner outcomes.
