Develop and maintain production web applications using Next.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Translate designs into responsive interfaces, build secure API and platform integrations, deploy and operate applications in Azure, write automated tests, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and document technical decisions. The role requires close collaboration with product, operations, consultants, and stakeholders while protecting sensitive HR and payroll data.

Executes regional marketing campaigns across landing pages, email programs, events, webinars, UTM tracking, registration flows, and reporting. Manages regional Martech requests, platform triage, user access, seat allocations, and website updates in Webflow and Salesforce. Builds Salesforce automations, flows, and reporting dashboards while coordinating with global and regional marketing teams. The role is fully remote but requires flexibility for Philippine night-shift hours.
