Develop, revise, and QA e-learning training modules based on SME content for CNS clinical assessments. Produce polished Storyline 360 courses and PowerPoint materials, apply feedback, support peer reviews, and maintain courses across product/patch releases.

Lead data strategy and analytics for cognitive assessment studies: design algorithms and models, implement CDISC-compliant data transfers (SDTM/ADaM), produce statistical analysis plans and scientific reports, build and maintain analytics pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations, ensure data quality and QC, and present results to sponsors while managing multiple projects independently.

Support Learning Services by executing LMS builds, content administration, enrollments, reporting, quality checks, and learner support following SOPs. Track requests, escalate complex issues, and maintain documentation to ensure timely, accurate delivery of training programs.
