Lead and own all revenue for AA Medical, managing direct sales, account management, e-commerce, buybacks, and 1099 sales. Build and enforce the sales playbook, coach and develop the sales team, drive customer acquisition and retention, optimize pipeline and KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet monthly quota and gross profit targets.
