Operate baseball technology and data acquisition systems during practices and games; collect, clean, map, analyze, and deliver video and player data. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software, calibrate pitching machines, mark high-speed video keyframes, administer assessments, support coaching staff and players, and travel with the team. The seasonal role includes remote training, Spring Training in Arizona, and deployment to a minor league affiliate.

Supports amateur scouting operations through prospect data management, draft preparation, data auditing, pre-draft workout coordination, and player evaluation support. Maintains accurate player records, performs data entry and quality-control reviews, resolves discrepancies, prepares reports, and coordinates scouting information across departments. The role also assists with special projects, process improvements, and extensive travel to amateur baseball events during scouting season.
