Run end-to-end bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for US and Canadian employees; manage benefits, RRSP/401(k) administration, and tax filings (T4/W-2). Maintain HR and payroll records, administer leaves and lifecycle events, respond to inquiries, and lead payroll month-/year-end processes. Audit payroll processes, design automation and AI-enabled improvements, partner with People & Finance, and support HR systems implementations and continuous process improvement.

Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end close; prepare and post GAAP-compliant journal entries; perform reconciliations and variance analysis; maintain reports, billing, revenue recognition, tax and regulatory filings; support audits, forecasts, and process improvements.
