Own top-of-funnel growth: run outbound campaigns, manage CRM (Attio), book qualified meetings, build reporting dashboards, represent company at conferences, and progress deals through early sales stages partnering with the CEO.

Build and maintain full-stack features using Python/Django and React. Own backend architecture, APIs, microservices, and integrations (e.g., Twilio). Improve reliability, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure (AWS/GCP, IaC). Debug production issues, write tests, and contribute to technical decisions on a lean engineering team.
