Build and maintain full-stack web applications, backend services, and ELT data pipelines. Sell 50/50 raffle tickets at home games to drive fundraising revenue. Engage fans, meet sales targets, work evenings/weekends, lift light equipment, and represent the Blackhawks Foundation. Commit to ~30-35 home games per season, complete training and background check, and attend mandatory orientation.

Manage segmentation, automation, journey mapping, content/calendar coordination, analytics reporting, and vendor/platform relationships to improve conversion and grow marketable contacts.

The Director, Controller oversees financial operations and compliance, advises executive leadership, enforces accounting policies, leads audits, and develops an accounting team.

Perform on-ice game-day duties including scraping ice during timeouts, executing in-arena promotions and intermission entertainment, mascot and fan interaction, distributing promotional items, assisting pre/post-game setup and other event presentation tasks to enhance fan experience.
