Leads human-centered design research and strategy projects from generative research through product launch. Responsibilities include selecting and executing research methods, synthesizing insights, translating findings into concepts and value propositions, analyzing market and product data, developing business models, planning go-to-market strategies, managing project teams and budgets, mentoring colleagues and clients, strengthening relationships, framing new work, evolving research practices, and contributing to thought leadership.

Lead strategic design and product strategy engagements, using AI-enabled methods to accelerate prototyping and delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, translate research into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes, mentor designers, and support business development to grow Highland's practice.
