Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses ($500K–$2.5M revenue), deepen and develop client relationships through prospecting and routine outreach, perform account openings and servicing, achieve assigned sales targets, collaborate with branch and business partners, and refer clients to specialized business banking areas.

Manage underwriting strategies for the small business credit card portfolio by analyzing large datasets, forecasting financial impact, monitoring performance and losses, building segmentations and tools, validating decisioning systems, and communicating results to stakeholders using SAS/SQL/Python and reporting tools like Power BI.
