Lead PCI compliance advisor responsible for PCI DSS program management across a business line: scope definition, assessment readiness, evidence collection, remediation tracking, stakeholder engagement with QSAs and enterprise partners, risk identification, guidance on controls, and PCI education. Provides strategic input to leadership and supports projects for PCI impact mitigation.

Contact delinquent checking account holders by phone and written correspondence to collect payments, arrange repayment schedules, and minimize losses. Review documentation, apply collection policies and debt-collection laws, resolve exceptions, and provide strong customer service and communication.

Analyze and interpret fee agreements and schedules; establish and maintain billing records in fee management systems; process account requests and billing changes; research and resolve invoice inquiries; perform peer reviews; use Entrata, Advantage Fee, Salesforce, and Excel; follow regulatory and internal procedures; and identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Partner with business lines to design, implement, and oversee credit risk management frameworks. Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks; ensure regulatory compliance. Perform data analysis, build reports and dashboards, and communicate findings using SAS, SQL, Toad, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.

Support launch and daily operations of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs): prepare exchange listing documentation, coordinate reporting and file production, liaise with issuers, market makers, authorized participants and internal teams, manage ETF client communications during launches, and stay current on ETF industry rules and operational requirements.

Provide financial performance analysis, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring for a portfolio of renewable energy tax credit investments and loans. Track and input budgets, financial statements, and audits into internal systems; communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders; support onboarding and continuous monitoring of bank data systems and prepare variance, debt service coverage, and guarantor analyses.

Manage LIHTC/NMTC syndicated funds post-close, serve as primary investor contact, prepare and deliver periodic investor reports, coordinate financial models, audits, tax returns and legal documentation, process invoices, assist pre-close syndication activities, and support investor consent requests to retain business.

Lead product ownership for fraud communication platforms: define roadmap, manage backlog and vendors, engage stakeholders, coordinate testing and releases, measure performance with OKRs and metrics, and drive platform enhancements for fraud mitigation, CX, and regulatory compliance.

Process treasury bond transactions using established procedures, research and resolve exceptions, provide internal/external customer service, track/report statistics, suggest improvements, and ensure legal compliance for special transactions.

Prepare and review fund financial statements and support packages for SEC and shareholders, ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance, coordinate audits, maintain internal controls, monitor accounting standard changes, produce ad hoc reports, and train junior staff.
