Implements virtual and in-person leadership development programming for 100 college scholarship participants. Responsibilities include participant support, cohort communications, recruitment and selection, vendor and contract management, event logistics, project coordination, impact evaluation, data visualization, and storytelling. The role builds student relationships, facilitates programming, manages operational workflows, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and supports budget reconciliation and program improvement.

Leads event rental sales strategy, revenue performance, pipeline management, forecasting, and client development for the Obama Presidential Center. Manages and coaches event sales and administrative support teams, establishes sales procedures, oversees CRM accuracy, and improves inquiry-to-contract conversion. Partners with venue operations on handoffs, manages pricing and margins, and maintains relationships with corporate, nonprofit, civic, and institutional clients. The role requires financial acumen, event venue sales expertise, and flexible onsite availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports earned-income operations for the Obama Presidential Center, including food and beverage and retail operator coordination, contract compliance, project planning, asset management, reporting, administrative support, and parking revenue strategy. The role helps maintain brand standards, improve operational processes, coordinate vendors and meetings, monitor revenue performance, and optimize visitor and guest experiences.

Serve as primary guest-facing contact for the Obama Presidential Center: lead tours, facilitate exhibit experiences, assist with digital exhibit assets, provide inclusive customer service, collaborate with security and volunteers, manage crowd guidance and emergency support, and participate in training and exhibit updates.
