Manage contract and offshore recruiters, support VP+ searches, build AI-powered sourcing pipelines, implement hiring manager tools (intake templates, scorecards, interview guides), maintain ATS hygiene, report recruiting metrics, and drive candidate experience and employer branding.

Lead architecture and full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, write production-quality code, ensure scalability and performance, collaborate with product and design, and evaluate new tools and practices.
