Serve as the strategic IT partner to Wealth Management leadership, driving technology strategy, product portfolio oversight, and agile delivery. Lead product management and delivery teams, align roadmaps with business goals, oversee IT investment planning, and promote innovation while ensuring stakeholder engagement and operational delivery.

The consultant will manage people data analytics, enhance reports and dashboards, conduct data analysis, and improve HR processes using reporting tools.

Provide operational HR support across compensation, people analytics, recruiting, internships, learning & development, HR helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, and maintenance of HR systems and reporting to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of HR processes.

Manage and report project financials for construction projects: reconcile accounts, produce cash flow and cost-to-complete reports, verify change orders and payment requests, track bonds/insurance and project documentation, maintain PMIS (e-Builder), review AIA payment applications, monitor budgets versus actuals, support forecasting, collaborate with project teams and periodically visit project sites.

Support internal tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Prepare and review federal, state, and local returns, assist with indirect tax matters, analyze financial data for tax planning, research complex (including international) tax issues, respond to audits and notices, and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated tax solutions and improve processes.

Lead complex accounting advisory engagements, manage client relationships, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery while driving practice growth.

Manage client wealth management goals, oversee tax return accuracy, engage in estate planning, supervise staff, and ensure project deadlines are met.

As an intern, you will provide international tax consulting, assist with compliance for US companies, and engage with tax teams to enhance your tax knowledge.

Lead a team of project cost accountants to manage cost, schedule, change control, forecasting, and reporting for capital construction programs. Oversee budgets, commitments, forecasts, reconciliations, PMIS data integrity, dashboards, and client reporting. Coach staff, standardize processes, and partner with project managers, finance/procurement, and vendors to identify risks and recommend mitigations.

Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks including A/R and A/P cycles, reconciliations, payroll entry assistance, and financial report preparation using Intacct, Yardi, and QuickBooks. Verify contracts and transactions, apply GAAP, analyze financial data, and support client engagements and operational activities.
