Serve as an HR business partner providing consultative HR support to leaders and staff across performance management, recruiting (including campus programs), staff relations, employment law, compensation, onboarding, benefits navigation, HR projects, and firm-wide inclusion and leadership initiatives. Develop and maintain data integration workflows, enforce governance policies, implement data quality controls, and ensure accurate data delivery across the organization.

Manage the design and delivery of reporting and analytics in Workday, lead data strategy, and optimize reporting tools. Partner with teams to ensure effective analytics implementation, focusing on security and standards.
