Owns paid social acquisition, creative production, testing, optimization, and revenue growth across multiple consumer healthcare brands. Manages Meta and TikTok strategy, budgets, campaign structures, audiences, tracking, ROAS, CAC, and conversion performance. Builds creative and creator pipelines, analyzes ad performance, oversees organic social and community management, and partners with analytics, CRO, brand, legal, clinical, and compliance teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead manual QA strategy for complex web applications, build testing processes and documentation, design comprehensive test cases, analyze defects and logs, collaborate with developers on resolution, track quality metrics, and improve QA maturity.
