Lead and scale SimpleClosure's strategic partner ecosystem by identifying, negotiating, and embedding high-impact integrations with technology and financial partners. Drive recurring revenue through data-informed partnership strategies, cross-functional execution with Product and GTM, and tracking partnership KPIs to optimize adoption and value.

The Growth Lead is responsible for designing and evaluating growth experiments, building relationships in the Bay Area startup ecosystem, and leveraging AI for outreach and content. They also attend events to source referrals and gather intelligence for the sales pipeline.

Sell SimpleClosure’s solution to businesses closing operations: prospect, qualify, demo product, manage pipeline and CRM, support deal progression, collaborate with marketing, capture customer feedback, and track industry trends to grow revenue.

Provide business-oriented legal advice across sales, operations, and partnerships; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; support sales and customer-facing legal communications; research expansion into new U.S. jurisdictions; identify legal risks and mitigation strategies; build templates, playbooks, and processes; review marketing materials for compliance; coordinate with outside counsel and take on projects as the company scales.

Serve as primary client contact guiding founders through company dissolution. Document and optimize processes, coordinate with internal teams and external parties, gather client documentation, provide empathetic customer support, and maintain accurate records while using remote tools to deliver scalable shutdown services.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for SimpleClosure, collaborating with teams to deliver user-centric solutions and ensuring code quality.
