Design, build, test, and deliver electromechanical payload hardware for orbital operation and hypersonic reentry. Own hardware from concept through recovery, run structural/thermal/fluid analyses, integrate with avionics and software, perform hands-on prototyping and testing, generate requirements and test documentation, and support mission operations and post-flight teardown.

Collaborate with propulsion, software, and flight operations teams, develop mission operations tooling, support on-orbit/reentry operations, and drive new vehicle capability development.

Design, analyze, build, and test primary and secondary spaceflight and reentry structures. Perform hand calculations and FEA, create CAD models and production drawings, develop tooling, run qualification tests, manage hardware delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead identity and cloud platform administration for Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 GCC High. Architect zero-trust and conditional access, integrate MDM across macOS/Windows/Linux, automate provisioning, monitor identity security events, maintain audit-ready controls for ITAR compliance, and mentor junior IT staff.

Support university recruiting operations: build and maintain contact decks, prepare swag and logistics for career fairs, travel to on-campus events, coordinate and schedule interviews, take structured notes, track recruiting metrics, and assist with team communications and meeting scheduling.

Partner with design and manufacturing to develop test, manufacturability, and inspection plans; contain and manage non-conforming product; perform FMEAs and compliance tracking; ensure test coverage and change management; support regulatory deliverables and vehicle-level risk management and mitigations for spacecraft hardware production.

Design, build, test, and lead development of precision electromechanical fluid-handling payloads for in-space pharmaceutical manufacturing. Perform fluid, thermal, structural analyses; prototype and flight hardware testing; develop requirements, verification plans, and recovery procedures; integrate cross-functional inputs and mentor junior engineers.
