Leads the XPRIZE Healthspan competition through its 2026–2030 finals stage. Oversees team leadership, strategy, budgets, personnel, consultants, testing partners, scientific and industry relationships, events, communications, marketing, contracts, knowledge management, and project planning. Serves as the competition’s public representative and coordinates stakeholders including sponsors, donors, advisors, judges, research partners, and competing teams. Requires strong biomedical or clinical scientific expertise and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Lead team recruitment and external relations for the Accelerate Learning Prize. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, communicating with potential competitors, answering technical and guideline questions, hosting webinars, managing online communities, representing the prize at events, coordinating with IT to customize the competition platform, preparing status reports, and supporting project management activities.

Lead end-to-end design of high-impact global incentive competitions: define problems, research solutions, craft prize models, set metrics and budgets, engage sponsors and experts, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and refine XPRIZEs design methodology and thought leadership.

The Chief Operating Officer partners with the CEO to lead enterprise operations across Finance, Human Resources, and Legal/Business Affairs. The role oversees scalable operating systems, financial planning, governance, risk management, organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, and board engagement. This executive will develop senior leaders, strengthen accountability and performance metrics, support global growth, and balance operational discipline with XPRIZE’s innovative, mission-driven culture.

Senior communications leader responsible for global earned media strategy, executive and crisis communications, prize lifecycle messaging, and donor-facing narratives. Builds communications infrastructure, manages agency partnerships and budgets, integrates owned and earned content, and positions XPRIZE in key media and philanthropic conversations to drive awareness and fundraising.
