Handle complex customer, vendor, and rider escalations across phone, chat, email, and social media. Investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, manage priority cases, mentor junior support agents, analyze recurring pain points, improve processes, maintain documentation, and support training. The role requires high-volume communication, empathy, resilience, strong product knowledge, and ownership in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Handles high-volume phone, chat, email, and social media support for customers, riders, and vendors. Resolves delivery issues, order changes, cancellations, refunds, and payment concerns; coordinates with restaurants, riders, partners, and internal teams. Maintains accurate communication, contributes to support documentation, identifies recurring issues, and supports service improvements. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, holiday, and changing shifts.
