Lead cross-functional implementation of responsible AI and innovative technologies across teaching, learning, research, and operations. Manage AI strategy, pilots, vendor evaluation, governance, security/privacy and data readiness. Build enablement, training, playbooks, and scale high-impact deployments while partnering with campus stakeholders to improve outcomes, adoption, and institutional decision-making.

Supervise and mentor law students while investigating and litigating wrongful conviction and post-conviction cases. Develop investigation plans and litigation strategies, draft legal pleadings, conduct witness interviews, represent clients in hearings across Southern California, and support legislative advocacy and public education.

Provide administrative support to the Provost/Academic Affairs office: manage confidential communications and filing, coordinate events and meetings, assist with student hiring/onboarding and honors society processes, support new faculty orientation, handle Workday/accounting tasks (invoices, reimbursements, expense reports), order supplies, coordinate facilities/ITS requests, assist with office projects and provide office coverage as needed.

Manage development, execution, and record-keeping of partnership agreements; provide administrative, scheduling, financial, and logistical support; coordinate communications, events, workflows, and stakeholder engagement across the School of Education.

Provide one-on-one career coaching and develop professional development programs for business and entrepreneurship students. Partner with faculty and alumni, cultivate employer relationships, coordinate large-scale networking events and experiential opportunities, manage and mentor student staff, teach internship/job-preparedness courses, and represent the university in professional associations to advance student career readiness.

Provide post-conviction representation on wrongful conviction cases: develop investigations and litigation strategies, compile records, interview witnesses, draft habeas petitions and motions, appear in court, maintain attorney-client responsibilities, supervise and mentor law students and interns, and travel as needed for investigations and client meetings.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts: manages complex scheduling and travel, coordinates meetings and events, handles routine budget/accounts tasks (including P-card reconciliation), prepares reports, supports faculty development, executes special projects, and maintains confidentiality while liaising with stakeholders and supervising related work.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Finance to teach undergraduate/graduate courses, maintain an active research program, advise and mentor students, and contribute service aligned with LMUs mission of inclusive excellence. Expected to teach moderate-sized classes, pursue collaborative research (with access to WRDS databases), and engage in curriculum and community service under the teacher-scholar model.
