Design and run Falcon's end-to-end channel program: tiers, deal registration, enablement, and margin structures. Manage and grow existing distributors, integrators, and reps; recruit and onboard new partners in priority verticals. Own channel-direct conflict rules, partner enablement and co-marketing, and weekly channel metrics (partner-sourced pipeline, deal-registration, activation rate, quote SLA adherence). Deliver measurable partner-sourced pipeline growth within 12 months.

Handle inbound B2B customer inquiries, prepare accurate technical quotes, process orders in ERP, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, maintain CRM records, and surface account expansion opportunities.

Own Falcon's B2B demand-generation engine: build signal-driven ABM using intent data and AI to surface quote-ready opportunities, enrich and route account/contact data, enable sales and channel with account briefs and outreach, run AI-driven content and answer-engine optimization, integrate CRM and marketing automation for closed-loop attribution, and report pipeline contribution and influence on revenue.

4-month co-op supporting electronics repair, testing, diagnostics, assembly, component sourcing, and product development. Operate test stations, perform soldering and component-level repairs, document issues, and assist with technical drawings and data management.
