Owns onboarding and activation of newly recruited VAR partner sales representatives. Delivers product and sales enablement across networking, out-of-band management, and Industrial IoT solutions; coaches partners through opportunity qualification, deal registration, quoting, and early sales pursuits. Tracks onboarding milestones and activation metrics in Salesforce, coordinates technical resources, escalates qualified opportunities to regional sales managers, and maintains partner relationships. Account Manager responsible for generating sales, managing customer accounts, supporting onboarding and training, resolving issues, processing orders, and driving product adoption and retention for the Nero product suite. The role uses CRM tools to track sales activity, develops customer relationships, identifies account growth opportunities, and collaborates with Operations, Product, and Development teams.

Responds to customer purchase orders and non-technical inquiries through chat, phone, and email. Leads strategy, roadmap execution, lifecycle management, business performance, and go-to-market activities for Industrial IoT connectivity, Edge AI, surveillance, and critical asset monitoring products. Collaborates with engineering, sales, marketing, customers, and ecosystem partners to launch differentiated solutions, manage pricing and margins, create technical collateral, resolve customer escalations, drive integrations, and grow revenue, design wins, attach rates, and recurring revenue.
