Lead end-to-end systems engineering for liquid propellant rocket engines and thruster programs: translate mission and CONOPS into requirements, develop system architecture, drive trade studies, manage requirements traceability, lead verification/validation and gated design reviews, coordinate cross-disciplinary integration, manage risks and interfaces, support testing and failure investigations, and align customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver qualified flight hardware.

Lead design, development, and optimization of hypergolic and storable liquid rocket propulsion systems from concept through production. Perform system-level trade studies, thermal and performance modeling, test planning and data analysis, supplier selection, root-cause analysis, documentation, and technical mentorship. Support cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain data acquisition and control software for propulsion testing using NI LabVIEW (including FPGA and Real-Time). Interface with sensors, instruments, and control hardware; implement communication protocols; ensure software development best practices, safety, and long-term reliability; mentor teammates and guide architecture and technical decisions.

Lead architecture, design, and development of data acquisition and control systems for propulsion testing. Mentor engineers, develop LabVIEW (including FPGA/Real-Time) applications, integrate sensors and instruments, manage hardware-software interfaces, enforce software standards, and champion safety and long-term system reliability.
