On-site Midland-based sales and marketing representative focused on outbound lead generation, pipeline development, CRM management, qualifying leads, coordinating with sales leadership, supporting marketing campaigns, and attending events to generate new business opportunities.

Provide on-site and remote systems administration for client IT environments: support Azure servers, manage Intune and conditional access, administer Group Policy and Active Directory, troubleshoot networks, and maintain virtualization and Office 365 services.

Provides remote, in-office, and onsite technical support for client hardware, software, networks, patches, and system installations. Responds to support calls and tickets, troubleshoots outages and hardware issues, maintains records in ConnectWise, escalates problems, and implements technology solutions. The role requires customer service, field support, documentation, adaptability, occasional after-hours work, local travel, and successful completion of a CJIS background check.

Provides advanced IT support, technology consulting, and strategic guidance to managed-services clients. Responsibilities include resolving complex infrastructure, networking, cloud, virtualization, security, and systems issues; managing tickets and documentation; meeting SLAs; advising clients on technology strategy; mentoring engineers; and maintaining trusted client relationships. The role requires regular travel to local client sites in Boulder, Colorado, with a hybrid work environment.

Provide Level 2 remote (and occasional on-site) technical support for managed IT clients, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, Windows Server/desktop, networking, virtualization, and backup systems. Manage tickets in ConnectWise, perform preventive maintenance and upgrades, document environments, escalate appropriately, meet SLA and billable/utilization targets, participate in on-call rotation, and pursue continuing education and certifications.

Provide day-to-day technical support for managed-services clients: troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, networking, VPNs, firewalls, endpoints and peripherals; manage tickets and documentation; meet SLA response targets; travel to local client sites as needed; escalate complex issues and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Serve as a client-facing IT strategist (vCIO) advising 15–30 accounts on multi-year technology roadmaps, budgeting, vendor management, governance, and security. Facilitate executive meetings, collaborate with engineering to deliver solutions, identify projects and IT refreshes, lead policy/contract work, and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Sell managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud managed services to public-sector and commercial clients. Own full sales cycle, generate pipeline, manage RFP responses, negotiate contracts, and hand off new clients to onboarding. Maintain HubSpot CRM, produce quotes with QuoteWerks, report with BrightGauge, and engage a Public Sector Advisory Council to drive referrals and credibility.

Provide hands-on in-house legal support focused on high-volume commercial contracting, NDA management, multi-entity corporate governance, legal ops, and M&A diligence. Streamline legal processes, maintain corporate records and data rooms, support audits, compliance, incident response, and advise leadership while coordinating with external counsel and cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, HR, Security).

Provide Tier 2 escalation support for Tier 1 technicians by administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage Azure infrastructure and M365 services, troubleshoot identity/MFA/Conditional Access, handle RBAC and security configurations, assist with PowerShell automation, document solutions, and collaborate with Tier 3 engineers.
