Serve as a client-facing IT strategist (vCIO) advising 15–30 accounts on multi-year technology roadmaps, budgeting, vendor management, governance, and security. Facilitate executive meetings, collaborate with engineering to deliver solutions, identify projects and IT refreshes, lead policy/contract work, and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent service delivery.

Own full-cycle accounts payable: process and code vendor invoices, manage AP automation workflows, run payments (checks/ACH), reconcile vendor statements and AP subledger to GL, support month/annual close, assist payroll reconciliations, cash application/collections, and maintain vendor records and 1099 tracking.

Manage the full lifecycle of partner Market Development Funds (MDF): plan, execute, track, submit claims, and reconcile. Build partner relationships, develop MDF-funded campaign briefs, ensure POE compliance, integrate with demand generation, report ROI, and identify new co-op opportunities.

Prospect and book first-time appointments, conduct discovery, propose managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions, manage renewals and escalations, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy across a regional territory.

On-site role responsible for outbound lead generation and pipeline building via phone, email, in-person outreach and events. Qualify leads, maintain CRM records, support marketing campaigns, track conversion metrics, and coordinate handoffs to sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
