Responsible for achieving B2B sales targets across Spain and Portugal by developing and managing relationships with tour operators, travel agents and wholesalers. Plan and execute sales campaigns, record activities in CRM, produce reports (Power BI), attend roadshows and trade events, convert leads, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs and revenue goals.

Design, price, and sell custom travel itineraries; meet sales goals; manage guest relationships and bookings; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams; use Sabre, Travel Studio, and CRM; research flights and hotels; handle financial booking details and post-tour issues.

May require evening/weekend work and international travel.

Lead and coach a high-performing reservations sales organization to drive revenue growth, conversion, and productivity. Build a coach-driven luxury consultative sales culture, manage KPIs via CRM, implement performance management and coaching programs, partner with Marketing and HR, and use analytics to improve conversion and scalability while maintaining a premium client experience.

Lead and develop the Business Development team for Crystal and Abercrombie & Kent across the Americas. Coach and onboard team members, design call strategies and sales campaigns, standardize processes and playbooks, track KPIs and sales performance, manage escalations, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Operations to drive B2B revenue growth.

Lead Group-level FP&A activities across global travel and hospitality businesses, coordinating reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, cash flow and capex tracking, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support performance improvement and strategic decision-making.

Lead FP&A for a global luxury travel portfolio: own budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, performance reviews, KPI tracking, driver-based modeling, data-driven reporting and dashboards, and build and lead a high-performing FP&A team to support executive and Board decision-making.

Support National Accounts team by coordinating partner relations, invoice processing, reporting, event logistics, and database maintenance. Assist with budget reconciliation, amenity fund posting, conference planning, and special projects while ensuring data integrity and cross-department collaboration to drive consortia and strategic account initiatives.
