Collaborate with internal teams on larger technical projects while providing patient, clear service to clients.

Provide hands-on IT troubleshooting and onsite support for client environments. Resolve Mac, Windows, network, VPN, DNS, security, hardware, software, and conference-room issues; deploy and manage devices through MDM; maintain networks and servers; document solutions; and collaborate on installations, office build-outs, AV projects, and broader technical initiatives.

Provide employee onboarding and offboarding support, including account provisioning, device configuration, access management, laptop retrievals, wiping, and inventory maintenance. Deliver first-day IT orientations, ticket-based user support, process documentation, and SOC 2-aware security practices. Visit client offices throughout New York City for scheduled and ad-hoc onsite troubleshooting while collaborating with the FieldGuide team to improve crossboarding procedures.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding for clients by provisioning accounts, configuring and retrieving Mac and PC devices, managing access, maintaining inventory records, documenting procedures, and providing first-day IT training and ticket-based support. The role also supports security and SOC 2 compliance, process improvement, and client communication from a Denver office with approximately 25% remote work.
