Own Base’s member retention strategy from onboarding through renewal. Build detection tools, automations, and workflows to identify at-risk members, prevent churn, manage renewals, execute win-back efforts, resolve escalations, and gather member feedback. The role combines data-driven process improvement with direct member engagement and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Engineering.

Supports capital raising for distributed battery assets through debt, tax equity, and project equity financing. Responsibilities include building financing models, managing diligence, structuring and negotiating transactions, coordinating lenders and investors, developing process infrastructure, and shaping Base’s broader capital strategy. The role requires strong financial modeling, capital stack knowledge, document interpretation, transaction management, and institutional investor communication skills.

Own the data, systems, and operational infrastructure supporting the sales organization. Build revenue and efficiency metrics, improve forecast accuracy, develop reporting and alerting systems, identify funnel bottlenecks, and translate analysis into actions. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Growth, and Engineering, automate workflows, optimize the sales technology stack, and maintain reliable data models and reporting in a fast-changing startup environment.
