In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Build specialized talent pipelines, advise functional leaders, define hiring processes, assess candidates, manage offers, and champion candidate experience. Use recruiting metrics to improve outcomes while managing multiple searches across levels in a fast-moving startup environment.

Lead operations and systems for billing and payments, manage credit quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster member trust.

Manage global supplier relationships for board-level electronics, lead RFx and negotiations, build should-cost models, drive commodity strategies, ensure supplier readiness for production ramps, and present contract and risk recommendations to engineering and executives. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to support product development and sustained manufacturing.

As a Market Operations Engineer, you'll optimize performance of distributed batteries, analyze ISO protocols, conduct technical analysis, and support real-time operations to drive asset value.

Partner with GTM leaders to own forecasting and variance analysis for member acquisition, CAC, pipeline conversion, and pricing. Build cohort unit-economics (LTV, payback), size markets, structure utility partnership economics, automate data pulls from CRM/marketing/billing, and translate models into actionable channel and pricing recommendations.

Own global sourcing and supplier relationships for sheet metal and aluminum extrusion components used in battery products. Responsibilities include managing contract manufacturers and direct suppliers, building should-cost models, negotiating piece prices, tooling terms and agreements, resolving production escalations, establishing backup supply, and partnering with engineering and manufacturing on cost, design and production issues. The role requires approximately 25% domestic and international travel.

The Receiving Associate processes shipments, maintains inventory, operates forklifts, and ensures quality control of products. Responsibilities include packaging, documentation, and collaborating with the production team.
