Build and operationalize the HR function: partner with VP of HR on people strategy, design policies and compliance frameworks, administer benefits and open enrollment, implement performance management and compensation structures, drive onboarding and culture initiatives, and serve as a trusted HR resource across the company.

Provide front-desk and administrative support to keep the office running: greet guests, manage mail/shipments/inventory, process invoices and receipts, coordinate vendors and facilities triage, and support onboarding and team events.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across firmware, software, electrical, and mechanical domains. Provide technical direction on architecture, system integration, testing, and validation for an autonomous defense turret. Manage execution from concept through deployment, establish engineering processes and documentation, and collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to deliver mission-critical, military-grade systems on schedule.
