Own end-to-end reliability lifecycle for UAS platforms and subsystems. Define reliability requirements and metrics, run reliability testing and life-cycle modeling, analyze field and test data to identify root causes and trends, drive corrective actions, and report reliability posture to leadership while ensuring compliance with safety-critical standards.

Design, analyze, fabricate, and test composite airframe structures for autonomous UAVs. Own laminate design, perform hand calculations and FEA, support prototype fabrication and structural testing, collaborate with manufacturing to ensure designs are scalable for higher-volume production.

Design and productionize vision-based navigation, state-estimation, and sensor-fusion algorithms for embedded/autonomous defense platforms. Implement real-time C++ systems, integrate IMU/cameras/LiDAR/radar/GNSS, stabilize GNSS-VIO handover, optimize CPU/GPU performance, build evaluation pipelines, and validate in-flight with fault detection and graceful degradation.

Provide senior corporate legal support for a growth-stage defense technology company: lead M&A, financings, equity compensation, governance, international structuring, advise executives, coordinate outside counsel, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and identify and mitigate legal risks.

Lead integration of software and firmware for UAVs, coordinating cross-functional teams to define interfaces, manage releases, validate builds, debug firmware, and ensure production deployment. Drive timelines, document configurations, and communicate technical status and risks to engineering leadership while collaborating with manufacturing and validation teams.
