Define block-based ship build strategies tied to facility geometry, cranes, and material flow to optimize throughput, pre-outfitting, and facility capacity. Translate vessel class and annual rates into facility requirements, eliminate throughput bottlenecks, and integrate strategy across facilities, heavy lift, manufacturing engineering, and design teams.

Manage and coordinate People organization projects (People, Comp, Talent, Workplace, EHS, Security). Maintain schedules, track resources, mitigate risks, monitor budgets, report status, and ensure quality and stakeholder alignment.

Lead cost analyses and estimates for autonomous surface vessel production and proposals. Scope labor, materials, equipment, and schedule. Prepare bids, maintain cost database, and collaborate with supply chain and vendors to track as-built costs.

Create and maintain detailed harness schematics and assembly drawings using Zuken E3 and Siemens NX; ensure manufacturable documentation, review CAD models, optimize workflows across PLM systems, mentor drafting team, and coordinate with EWIS, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve routing and documentation issues.
