Serve as strategic HR advisor to assigned departments: coach managers on org design, performance, employee relations, retention, succession planning, and develop workforce strategies. Lead engagement, feedback, and change initiatives; use HRIS and data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Lead company-wide FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, scenario and capital allocation analysis, partnering with business leaders and accounting to drive scalable planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain software across embedded, systems, and application layers for autonomous maritime platforms. Interface with sensors, actuators, networking, and onboard compute. Develop and execute multimodal logistics strategies, manage trade compliance (ITAR/DFARS/EAR), select and integrate TMS, build KPI dashboards, lead supplier negotiations, manage a logistics team, and drive continuous improvement for global manufacturing and mission support.

Design, prototype, integrate, and test electro-mechanical and software systems for autonomous surface vehicles. Perform CAD, FEA, field and lab testing, data analysis, documentation, and lead marine deployments to validate system performance and reliability.

Manage schedules, budgets, logistics, and requirements for Forward Deployed Engineering projects; coordinate field operations, vendor contracts, BOMs, and cross-functional stakeholders; run design reviews, track risks and resource constraints, and improve operational processes to scale international deployments.
