Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for autonomous surface vessels. Implement lean principles, collaborate with engineering and suppliers, establish quality controls, perform root-cause analysis, document compliant processes, train production staff, and drive continuous improvement for DoD production.

Create CAD models and drawings, define mounting and cable routing strategies, ensure manufacturability and serviceability, support prototypes and testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design-for-manufacturing decisions.

Lead development and execution of electrical test strategies across boards, subsystems, and systems. Design and build ATE, create automated test scripts, specify instrumentation, run functional/environmental/regression/reliability tests, perform root cause analysis, ensure requirements traceability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition validation into production and field support.

Lead production engineering to establish and scale shipyard manufacturing: define build strategies, block construction, heavy-lift and transport engineering, production processes, and a Facilities Production Manual. Translate vessel designs into manufacturable work packages, support facility startup and industrialization, drive process standardization, and collaborate across engineering, operations, automation, and facilities to ensure predictable production flow.

Lead design, deployment, and lifecycle management of hybrid data center infrastructure. Administer Windows and Linux systems, implement backup and disaster recovery, optimize storage/compute/virtualization, integrate with cloud platforms, monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensure security/compliance, document systems, and participate in on-call rotation.

Annotate and review large volumes of image, video, infrared, and sensor data to support maritime perception models. Identify vessels, objects, and environmental features; apply evolving labeling guidelines; perform manual annotation and quality review of auto-labeled data; escalate edge cases and meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Build and optimize WebGL/ThreeJS-based 3D graphics for web apps: implement advanced rendering and shaders, create reusable graphics components, debug cross-browser performance, collaborate with designers/devs, and research emerging web graphics technologies.

Design, develop, and implement perception systems for autonomous surface vessels: build sensing and navigation algorithms, create metrics for performance evaluation, and work with large datasets for model training and evaluation.
