Serve as the in-house Teamcenter/PLM functional consultant and liaison between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Gather and write requirements, manage multiple PLM initiatives, support Agile delivery, coordinate integrations (CAD, ERP, MES), and support releases, upgrades, and traceability across product lifecycle processes.

Lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Palantir Foundry-based business applications. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, define platform architecture and engineering standards, hire and manage a team of product and engineering staff, drive integrations with source systems, manage vendor relationships (including Palantir), ensure data security/compliance, and balance near-term feature delivery with long-term platform health.

Manage inventory costing, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis in the ERP. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and records, analyze variances, support month-end close, improve costing processes, and provide financial reporting and decision-support related to production and inventory.

Lead design, specification, and validation of ruggedized power generation, distribution, and conversion systems for autonomous maritime platforms. Produce requirements, one-line diagrams, schematics, and power analyses; select components for harsh environments; run trade studies; support prototype builds, lab/sea testing, and system integration; author documentation and mentor junior engineers.

Plan, execute, evaluate, and document pier-side and underway autonomous vessel sea trials. Author test plans, build requirement-to-test matrices, lead onboard test execution, capture data and defects, coordinate retests and corrective actions, and produce SITREPs and formal trial documentation while interfacing with software teams, vessel crews, vendors, and classification societies.

Lead and coordinate product documentation efforts: triage requests, plan sprints, manage backlog and writer capacity, maintain GitHub-based docs workflows, oversee publication/CI-CD, track metrics (burndown, velocity, ticket age), and keep versioning and changelogs current across products.

Lead design, specification, and validation of rugged electrical/electronic systems for autonomous maritime platforms. Develop requirements, create schematic and system drawings, select components, perform trade studies, validate architectures for environmental ruggedness, support prototyping and at-sea trials, author documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
