Supports the investment firm's compliance program by reviewing marketing and advertising materials under SEC and FINRA requirements. Responsibilities include regulatory research, cross-border marketing guidance, policy testing, employee training, RFP and due diligence support, examination preparation, and maintaining review records. After obtaining Series 24, the officer will review communications for mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, and other registered fund products.

Owns and improves enterprise endpoint security, including security standards, Microsoft Defender and Intune controls, vulnerability management, monitoring, incident response, remediation, compliance reporting, and audit readiness. The role also supports product launches, fund mergers, share-class initiatives, and board reporting.

Conduct research and analysis on individual securities, build and update earnings models, monitor market and macroeconomic developments, and assess company factors affecting share prices. The intern will gain exposure to global markets, industries, and international investment strategies while collaborating with the investment team.

Supports the investment firm’s sales process by completing RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, client data requests, reporting, and financial analysis. Maintains consultant databases and firm product profiles, reviews content for accuracy, and collaborates with sales, operations, data management, and compliance teams. Requires investment industry knowledge, familiarity with performance and risk metrics, strong communication skills, and experience using financial data platforms.

Leads the Client Solutions Group and oversees RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, questionnaires, third-party databases, and recurring client requests. Assigns workflow, manages quality control, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates with sales and internal subject matter experts, maintains client and vendor relationships, tracks team performance, and directly services key investment-management clients. Provides employee feedback, training, and performance input while ensuring accurate, persuasive, and current client-facing content.

Supports trade desk operations and settlement oversight for separately managed accounts. Responsibilities include account and broker setup, maintaining settlement instructions, resolving unmatched or failed trades, operating trade optimization and order management systems, monitoring matching and SWIFT activity, coordinating with brokers and custodians, processing trade files, and producing operational reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of securities markets and trade lifecycles, clear communication, and flexibility for occasional shift rotations.

Partner with wholesalers to execute targeted, data-driven digital and outbound campaigns to engage financial advisors, manage advisor relationships and sales cycles, track activities in SFDC, and drive territory growth for Thornburg investment products.

Serve as product manager and in-house expert for assigned equity strategies, supporting sales, client service, marketing, and product development. Communicate portfolio positioning, performance, risk, and differentiation; produce commentary and research; manage marketing collateral, RFP language, pricing, and partner relationships. Integrate with investment teams and support new product initiatives. On-site in Santa Fe with minimal travel.
