Supports consulting and research engagements for global healthcare clients through secondary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, stakeholder interviews, evidence synthesis, and preparation of presentations, reports, models, proposals, and client communications. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams on market access, pricing, patient engagement, real-world evidence, and health economics projects while developing knowledge of global healthcare systems.

Lead PMO initiatives and medium-to-large projects to improve processes, implement enterprise software, track KPIs, and ensure IT governance. Drive cross-functional stakeholder communication, mentor team members, and present performance updates to leadership while managing IT and business process integration.

Lead the PMO to translate strategic goals into operational plans, oversee project portfolio and M&A integrations, track financial and KPI performance, implement governance and process improvements, drive cross-functional alignment, mentor PMO staff, and deliver reports and dashboards to senior leadership to ensure successful execution of corporate initiatives.

Embedded in a consulting team, design and implement Python-based AI data pipelines, integrate LLM APIs, build and deploy LLM-powered agents and MCP servers, create reusable automation and multi-agent systems, translate business problems into AI solutions, support project scoping, and communicate technical work to non-technical stakeholders across healthcare and life sciences projects.
