Provide 2nd–3rd line post-sales technical support for wireless lighting (W-DALI/AirGlow) and building automation (W-Modbus/W-BACnet). Troubleshoot configuration, system setup, interoperability, RMAs, and occasional on-site investigations. Liaise with customers, distributors, and R&D to resolve issues and improve documentation, support flows, and product quality.

Lead development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile apps (iOS/Android) using Flutter. Manage multiple app projects, improve UX, integrate mobile apps with embedded hardware (BLE), mentor junior engineers, and represent the product at trade shows.
