Track adoption, spend, utilization, engagement, and business impact while coordinating AI Champions and enablement initiatives.

Supports Suffolk’s technology strategy across construction, AI, digital transformation, and venture capital initiatives. Coordinates program workplans, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional action items. Conducts market and competitive research, evaluates emerging technologies, develops business cases and ROI models, and prepares executive presentations, dashboards, and decision materials. Partners with construction, technology, and investment stakeholders to identify operational challenges and support technology rollouts.

The role also communicates value realization to leadership and evaluates emerging AI capabilities for business applications.

Leads marketing strategy and development for complex RFQ/RFP pursuits and interview materials. Manages pursuit deliverables, value propositions, stakeholder relationships, external partners, and regional initiatives. Mentors junior team members, supports resource planning and reporting, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires strong writing, design, strategic decision-making, communication, and client-service skills within the AEC industry.
