Support parts, materials, and processes (PMP) activities for defense/aerospace products. Analyze BOMs, assess GIDEP alerts, research obsolescence and alternate sources, review ECRs/ECNs, create technical drawings, and collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing and suppliers to ensure reliability and production readiness.

Lead quality activities across product development and manufacturing for complex electromechanical systems: create quality plans, PFMEA, control plans, drive root-cause/corrective actions, support supplier qualification and failure analysis, implement process controls, transfer designs to volume production, monitor quality metrics, and support continuous improvement under AS9100.

Lead DVT strategy and execution for RF transmitter/receiver and antenna systems. Design RF test fixtures and ranges, perform antenna and RF system characterization, automate instrument control and reporting, run MIL‑STD environmental and EMI/EMC qualification, perform root cause analysis, manage test assets/configuration, and support production test handoff and cross-functional coordination.

Design, prototype, and test RF/microwave circuits and sub-assemblies. Produce engineering documentation, develop functional specifications, support production transfer, and guide automated product testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead an embedded software engineering team through full lifecycle development: plan tasks, design architectures and tests, manage configuration and releases, support hardware bring-up, and collaborate with systems, test, and support teams to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
