Serve as primary client liaison to manage accounts, order flow, inventory, forecasting, pricing, and invoicing. Drive process improvements, analyze KPIs using SAP and BI tools, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, support onboarding and supply-chain projects, and mentor junior team members to ensure timely client deliverables.

Manage and direct all distribution and fulfillment center operations, including fulfillment, production, and reverse logistics. Oversee supervisors and staff, ensure process and quality controls, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), labor planning, budgeting/forecasting, client SLA adherence, staffing decisions, safety and training (including forklift/pallet jack), and collaboration with engineering on kitting/refurbishment projects.
