Drives new business and sponsorship revenue across Breakaway Group’s festivals, concerts, experiential, content, and media portfolio. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, develops integrated partnership solutions, cultivates senior brand and agency relationships, manages pipeline forecasting, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver partner programs.

Support and execute social media strategies across Breakaway brands: maintain content calendars, produce and schedule short-form content, write social copy, manage community engagement, monitor performance and trends, travel to events to capture real-time content, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to support campaigns and content initiatives.

Manage day-to-day client relationships and execute experiential marketing activations from planning through onsite delivery. Coordinate vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, support post-event reporting, and help scale account processes and business development.
