Leads strategic sourcing for radar, RF, electronics, mechanical, testing, contract manufacturing, and technical service suppliers. Develops category strategies, conducts competitive sourcing and negotiations, manages supplier onboarding and risk, ensures U.S. Government contracting compliance, and partners with engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, security, and supply chain teams. The role also manages and develops sourcing and procurement personnel while improving supplier performance, capacity, cost, quality, compliance, and supply resilience.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for design-for-manufacturability reviews, production process development, documentation, tooling, fixtures, inspection methods, and NPI support for PCBAs, electromechanical systems, and radar hardware. The role interfaces with hardware engineering, supply chain, contract manufacturers, and suppliers while improving quality, yield, throughput, and production readiness. This is an onsite position in Menlo Park and requires eligibility for a U.S. personnel security clearance and ITAR authorizations.

Supports pre-sales and strategic pursuits for defense, government, and space-sector customers across Poland and EMEA. Translates mission requirements into tailored solutions, supports briefings, demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, and proposals, and develops training materials, operational guides, playbooks, and customer-facing documentation. Coordinates with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations while supporting customer training, operational readiness, partnerships, and post-sale engagement.

Leads strategic sourcing and subcontracting activities from solicitation through closeout for aerospace and government-funded programs. Responsibilities include RFQ/RFP management, supplier evaluation, price analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, subcontract administration, compliance flow-downs, audit-ready documentation, supplier performance management, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Security, Manufacturing, and program teams in a regulated environment.
