Produces real estate marketing content on site through photography, videography, 3D scanning, and drone services. Manages equipment, uploads footage, records field notes, oversees listings from start to finish, consults clients on upgrades, and communicates with clients and internal teams. Requires strong creative, customer service, time-management, and problem-solving skills, along with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and real estate shooting experience.

Develop and manage relationships with prospects in real estate, development, construction, architecture, hospitality, and related industries. Conduct consultative outbound sales, lead discovery meetings, recommend visual marketing solutions, manage proposals and negotiations, maintain CRM pipeline records, and achieve revenue and business development goals. The role is fully remote for LATAM-based independent contractors working at least 40 hours per week.
