The role requires strong sales, negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with extensive provider networking and managed care experience. This hybrid position requires travel throughout the region up to 75% of the time.

Lead actuarial analyses for Medicare risk adjustment, pricing, and financial reporting. Extract and manage large healthcare datasets, build risk score reports (Cozeva, claims, Power BI), support forecasts/filings, advise senior management, collaborate with operations, and mentor junior analysts.
